Learning how to resolve conflicts
Since 2013, we have helped participants from the global South learn how to resolve conflicts on a personal, group, organisational and societal level through their participation in the Danida Fellowship Centre conflict management learning programme. They are introduced to mediation, conflict analysis, conflict coaching, establishing a culture of conflict resolution, linkages between environmental challenges and conflict, inclusive decision-making processes and more. Quotes from participants:
“The course was extremely engaging and practical in nature.”
“I am extremely grateful for this life changing opportunity. I am using the lessons learned in my private life, at work and in institutional strengthening.”
